Have you ever wondered what the middle level is up to? We see them in the halls and in the cafeteria, but what do they do between those times? Well I asked the teachers to take a survey and tell us what and how they have been doing. The middle level students are very busy with reading, English, band, math, science, s.s., Spanish, keyboarding, and p.e.

The teachers said that the year is going great. I asked the teachers if the students are crazy in class and they said sometimes, but one teacher said “No, their teacher is the crazy one.” That was funny!

I also asked the teachers what was the naughtiest thing a class has done. There were three that were funny! I the first one was Mr. Newbold’s. He said he had a student throw a desk and take off running around the school!!! The other story was Mrs. Kudrna. She said “When I taught in the elementary, some of the boys found out that I’m deathly afraid of mice so they put 2 white mice in a large jar and set it on my desk!” The last one was Mrs. Jensen. She said “Once when I had a sub, someone punched another student in the face. Another time when I had a sub, someone threw up under my desk. EEW! “ I bet that was stinky!

Thank you all middle level teachers for taking the survey; I really enjoyed reading them! And keep up the good work middle level students. It’s good to know you aren’t too crazy in class and are learning something!
